EVANSTON, IL + AUSTIN, TX (MARCH 15, 2021) – Chicago Fire Juniors North Shore (CFJ North Shore) and Trace Soccer have partnered to provide Elite Trials to select CFJ North Shore teams. These teams will be able to automatically film unlimited matches and game-like practices, create shareable recruiting profiles with Trace iD, and receive personalized continuing education from Trace’s on-staff experts.
“It is impressive how the technology automatically gives users player-specific GPS data and personalized tactical playlists after each game. – Ryan French, Executive Director, Chicago Fire Juniors North Shore
“The modern recruitment process requires video, and we are excited to be working with Trace as they will provide our players and coaching staff an easy-to-use video solution,” says Ryan French, Executive Director. “It is impressive how the technology automatically gives users player-specific GPS data and personalized tactical playlists after each game. We see Trace as an opportunity to support player recruitment, player education, coach education, and club marketing by using our own weekly game video featuring our players, our teams, and our coaches.”
CFJ North Shore aims to foster a culture of excellence both on and off the field of play, and to create an environment that develops players from grassroots through to college, MLS, and National Teams. Recruiting features like Trace iD will be able to help CFJNS achieve this vision. With personalized Moment playlists created for each player after every game, players will have the ability to incorporate their best Moments, or highlights, into their own college recruitment profiles.
Data shows the future of video is short-form, personalized moments that players, coaches, and parents can easily watch and share. Through partnering with Trace, CFJ North Shore will be able to provide its players and coaches with more than just raw, full game film. With the average Trace game receiving over 1,600 Moment views, coaches, players, and parents engage with Trace 5.5x more than with traditional full game footage.
